The Orwell Artist group was founded in 2016 to provide an opportunity for local artists, artisans, and craftspeople to meet one another, to discuss art and related topics, to show and evaluate their work, and to share resource information.

While Orwell is a relatively small community, it is home to a number of creative and talented artists. Their work, which includes painting, pottery, photography, fiber arts, and mixed media have been exhibited in galleries across the United States.

Our goal is to enhance our community by finding ways to promote and share the rich and varied arts and crafts our area has to offer.
